This is Gian Luca’s secret blend. Some of the beans are grown in the famous Jamaica blue mountains above 2000 metres in a grand cru growing area. He lovingly blends these with a little from central South America and a little from a secret source known only to him as it is from a very small parcel of beans that are available from this source. Blucaffe is a pleasure on the nose when freshly ground with strong notes of chocolate and banana as well as rich cigar. When drunk this coffee just keeps on rewarding.
